FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring to a training session?

We recommend bringing the following: Sports wear, tennis/indoor shoes, a tennis racket*, water bottle.
Optional: Change of clothes, towel.

*If you are in need of a racket, let us know! We may be able to lend one to you or rent one for you to use depending on the facility and racket availability.

Do you offer any discounted training sessions?

Yes! In many cases, the first session you play will be discounted! This allows you to see if you enjoy the training, and at the same time allows us to see approximately your level of play to better fit you into a group, should you be interested in that!

What happens if I can’t attend a training session?

Please notify us as soon as possible if you can’t attend a session. If you happen to miss a private session, we may be able to reschedule or cancel the session as long as you notified us more than 24 hours in advance. If you can’t attend a term training session, we may not be able to reschedule that session since those sessions are locked to specific time slots.

How are groups created?

Groups are created and maintained with age and earlier tennis experience in mind. Some people may, however, advance faster than others. We monitor all groups to make sure everyone feels encouraged and motivated to play and learn. If you feel that you would be better suited in another group, feel free to talk to us!

Is training with a friend possible? Is there a recruiting discount?

Yes! Depending on if you wish to play privately or if you wish to enroll in term training, we can arrange different solutions. Recruiting a friend always gives both you and your friend a discount!

Do you offer any discounts on tennis gear?

Yes! Talk to us and we may be able to get you discounts or assist you with your purchase.
