In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Booking and Cancellation Terms, the latter shall prevail in matters relating to bookings and participation in training activities.

The right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds regarding STS training services are governed by our Booking and Cancellation Terms and applicable Swedish consumer legislation. STS does not offer any general voluntary right of withdrawal or refund beyond what is stipulated in the applicable booking terms and mandatory law.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms of use shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, taking into account mandatory consumer protection regulations. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue with STS. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), where the board has jurisdiction, or to a competent general court. The parties may agree to arbitration after a dispute has arisen.
11. OTHER PROVISIONS
If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, to the extent they can still be applied independently. Mandatory Swedish legislation shall prevail over conflicting contractual terms.
